There is a clear need for a website that provides educational information related to rehabilitation and exercise, that also provide video clips, from a provider who is professionally and educationally qualified. A review of the main exercise sites showed a definite shortage of such sites
The purpose of this project was to provide healthcare and fitness professionals an efficient, easy way, using the Internet, to learn new rehabilitation and strength and conditioning techniques and review ones that had been learned previously. Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Fitness Professionals (FP) are continually attempting to stay up to date with the newest information, and the Internet has advantages over other ways to do this, such as conferences, books, etc
The website,, was designed and developed for HCPs and FPs to view video clips of the complete movements for rehabilitation and strength and conditioning exercises. The exercises, viewed in their entirety, show correct technique and tempo
