摘要:檔案行政體制是檔案行政機構的設立、檔案行政職權的劃分及其運行等各種相關制度的總稱。而政府檔案政策則是政府各部門針對檔案職責及檔案相關論題的共識與內涵說明,為政府在進行檔案工作及檔案問題決策時的最高指導方針。本文從各國地方檔案館的發展看檔案行政體制的重要性,並從檔案行政體制及政府檔案政策看地方檔案館的體制與權責問題,提出對我國地方檔案管體制與權責之釐清與建議。 |

Abstract: This article discusses the importance of Administrative Structure of Archives from the developing progress of all the local archives/local authority archives. It also discusses the issues of local archives' system, authority and responsibility from the view of Administrative Structure of Archives and Goverment Policy on Archives, and at the same time provides explanation and recommendation for Taiwan's local archives. |
