Before the Most Noble and Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of Appeals in Prize Causes. The Kitty, Nathaniel Hewit, master. Legh master, the pretended owner and claimant of the said ship or brig, and of the goods, wares and merchandizes laden there, as appellant.
