Fox News Channel's American flag sweeps away all the competitors of Cable TV news network recent year, which phenomenon generates a bulk of debates and terms as "the Fox Effect" or "Foxification". The study does not only provide the information of the rise of Fox New Channel, but employs the theoretical perspective of McManus's theory to analyze this variation of TV news. Furthermore, the article will present three international examples of Foxification of global news media and examine the role of economic forces on both the content and format of TV news. The Foxification phenomenon will be illustrated in three distinct forms of non-traditional media---aggressive styles, sex-appeal styles, and informal styles of news reporting. This descriptive case study will reinforce the existence of Foxification in global news media. Finally, the paper will discuss the result and effect of Foxification and give the direction of future research
